MULTAN: Multan police claimed to have arrested 33 accused included eight proclaimed offenders and recovered illegal weapons and drugs from their possession.

On the directives of CPO Ghulam Mehmood Dogar, the police teams in campaign against criminals raided and arrested Ghulam Muhayudin, Abdul Rehman, Ismail, Tariq, Mubeen Ali, Asghar, Muhammad Rafiq, Fayaz and others from various parts of the district.

Police recovered five pistols, two revolvers, one carbine, 14 bullets, 20 litre liquor and 2475 gramme hashish from them.
