KARACHI: President Asif Ali Zardari has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on a police van at Poran district Shangla (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) in which police personnel including a Deputy Superintendent of police were martyred.

In his message, the President expressed his grief and sorrow over the unfortunate incident and prayed to Allah Almighty to bless those martyred in the bomb attack and grant courage to the bereaved families to bear the loss with fortitude.

The President directed the authorities concerned to provide the best available medical assistance to those injured in the blast.
