KARACHI: President, Pakistan Peoples Party, Sindh and former chief minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has said that 34th death anniversary of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto will be observed with due respect on April 4.

In a statement here on Sunday, he said that changes have been made in the death anniversary programmes due to election activities.

He said, PPP leaders and workers of Larkana Division will participate in the death anniversary programes which will be held in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh and Naudero while separate programmes in this respect will be held in all the districts of Karachi, Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas and Sukkur divisions.

The local leaders and workers of the party will participate in the anniversary programmes, to be organised in their respective districts where Quran Khawani and Dua will be offered for the soul of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.

He said that floral wreaths will be laid at the mazar of Shaheed Bhutto after Quran khawani on the evening of April 3.

Later, public meeting will be held at Garhi Khuda Bakhsh at 8 pm.
