HYDERABAD: The local leaders and workers of Pakistan Peoples Party have started preparation for contesting the general elections on three seats of National Assembly and six seats of Sindh Assembly from Hyderabad district.

According to sources of PPP Hyderabad District, the process of submitting applications for obtaining party ticket has been started and a numbers of leaders and workers have applied for party tickets to contest the general elections on the National Assembly and Provincial Assembly seats belonging to Hyderabad.

Those who applied for party tickets include Ali Ahmed Sehto, Amanullah Sial and Mirza Ashique Hussain for NA-219, Saghir Qureshi and Amanullah Sial for NA-220, Syed Ameer Ali Shah Jamote, Qazi Asad Abid and Mirza Ashique Hussain for NA-221, Pasha Qazi and Babu Abdullah for PS-45, Amanullah Sial and Azhar Sial for PS-46, Zahid Ali Bhurgari, Syed Fayyaz Shah, Mir Fateh Talpur, Jam Khan Shoro, Mehboob Abro, Iqbal Soomro and Yameen Soomro for PS-47, Abrar Qureshi and Rajab Khaskheli for PS-48, Abdul Jabbar Khan and Ali Ahmed Sehto for PS-49, Pir Amjad Shah Jilani, Mir Sher Muhammad Talpur and Khawand Bux Jahejo for PS-50 Hyderabad district.
