Speaking on the occasion Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Liu Jian said China and Pakistan enjoy very close relations and future of their relations is very bright.

He said presence of the President Asif Ali Zardari and PPP Chairperson Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on the occasion of start of celebrations to mark the Chinese Spring Festival starting with New Chinese Year is reflective of the importance that the President and the Government of Pakistan attached to relations with China.

Chinese traditional songs and acrobatics were also presented on this occasion while students of City School presented multi- lingual song, in Chinese, English and Urdu to celebrate the new Chinese Year.
