Chairing a meeting regarding the project here, he said provision of modern and international standard traveling facilities to the public was government's priority.

He said modern e-ticketing system would be introduced at bus stations, while electric escalators were being installed for convenience of elders and the disabled.

An effective system of guidance would also be available at bus stations for the convenience of travelers.

The chief minister said that he considered himself answerable to Allah Almighty and the people, adding that serving the public was his mission.

Lahore Transport Company's Chairman Khawaja Ahmad Hasaan, Punjab Metro Bus Authority MD, the LDA Director General and officers concerned attended the meeting.
