Shoe manufacturer, Bata, has launched the Heroes campaign for doctors and paramedics fighting in the frontline against the coronavirus pandemic.

Bata Managing Director Muhammad Imran Malik that the campaign is being launched to distribute one million shoes worldwide among those working on the front line against Coronavirus and 100,000 shoes in Pakistan.

He said that initially the shoes would be distributed in government and private hospitals in Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Multan, Islamabad, and Faisalabad.

Mohammad Imran Malik said that in the first phase, 3,000 pairs of shoes are going to be donated to the Gharki Trust Hospital. Besides, Bata has also distributed face masks, rations, and relief money among the deserving people.
