KAMPALA: The Ugandan shilling was unchanged on Thursday, with market participants staying on the sidelines awaiting for cues from the 2020/2021 (July-June) fiscal budget to be read later in the day.

At 0925 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,730/3,740, the same level as Wednesday's close.
