ISTANBUL: Trading in shares of Turkey's Islamic lender Bank Asya was suspended on Friday due to volatility in the share price, Borsa Istanbul said in a filing.
Trading will resume on the watchlist companies market starting Sept. 30, the stock exchange said.
For companies subject to monitoring and examination, the watchlist companies market provides an organised market in an environment of continuous surveillance, inspection and monitoring with measures for the continuous and timely informing of investors, the bourse said on its website.
