LAHORE: The Punjab government has allocated Rs550 million for Zakat and Ushr sector in fiscal budget 2012-13.
According to the budget documents, an amount of Rs165 million has been suggested for up-gradation of vocational training institutes.
Punjab government will establish fifty new vocational training institutes in the province and Rs35 million has been allocated for this purpose in the budget 2012-13 while Rs350 millions will be spent on new and on-going schemes of Provincial Vocational Training Colleges.
