Sluggish business on grain market

Sluggish business activity was seen on the local grain market on Thursday in the process of trading, dealers said. On the cereals side, Urad Burma lost Rs 250 to Rs 14250, other commodities maintained overnight levels, they said. On the grams side, yellow peas Russia, however, gained Rs 100 to Rs 3850, yellow peas Dall Russia followed same pattern, gaining equal amount to Rs 4300, they said. On the seeds side, cottonseeds oilcake with bag Sindh quoted at Rs 1450 and Rs 1475, other types maintained overnight levels, they said. Prices were unchanged on the rice sector, they said.
