rehman-malikMULTAN: Pakistan People's Party and the whole nation feel pride in former Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani as he rendered sacrifice for the sake of democracy.

Talking to reporters at Multan Airport on Monday, Senior Advisor to prime minister on Interior, Rahman Malik said that he had come to Multan to eulogize the services of PPP Senior Vice Chairman Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani which he rendered during his premiership.       Seraiki province was the need of hour, he said and urged the people to stand by Gilani for this cause.

The senior advisor alleged that Sharif Brothers had committed money laundering of $ 32 million.

"I have furnished the documentary proofs of London Highcourt about Sharif Brothers money laundering to NAB," he said.

He said that Mian Nawaz Sharif had not acted upon chartered of democracy. On one hand, he (Nawaz Sharif) went to offer Fatiha at mausoleum of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto and on the other hand, he moved to the court against PPP, he added.

"PPP has invited Nawaz time and again for dialogues to resolve the issues faced by the country but he did not respond positively.

He asked the Punjab Government to take action against proscribed outfits as the federal government had taken action against them.

Regarding US apology over Salala checkpost incident, Rehman Malik said that US apologized publically and according to the parameter set by the Parliament.
