Recently, actress Rani Mukherjee reveals her secret marriage with Aditya Chopra. She secretly married her long time beau Aditya Chopra in Italy. Her wedding wasn’t a big fat Indian drama but a small and an intimate affair attended by close friends and family only. This news has indeed surprised many.
John Abraham and Priya Runchal: From love at first sight to a secret wedding. Several media sources claimed that Bipasha and John’s split came because John had made up his mind not to marry Bipasha and left the relationship because he wanted to marry Priya. They both secretly got married in Los Angeles in 2014 and later Abraham confirms his wedding on Twitter.
Madhuri Dixit and Dr. Shriram Nene: Madhuri secretly got married to a US based cardiovascular surgeon. She said one of the reasons to marry her doctor husband Shriram Nene, was his culinary skills. According to NDTV reports, she said, “I am not that great a cook. But I love to cook and eat. My husband cooks better than me. I was impressed with his culinary skills and that was one of the reasons to marry him. It is rightly said that the way to win a man's heart is through his stomach, it aptly suits the women as well”.
Sridevi and Boney Kapoor: the couple secretly tied the knot, while Boney was married to his first wife, Mona. The couple kept their marriage secret for a long time until Sridevi revealed that she is married to Boney Kapoor. As per Indian media reports, Sridevi and Boney Kapoor met on the sets of ‘Mr. India’, Boney actually fell for Sridevi when he first saw her Tamil film and it was when she made her Bollywood debut that Boney approach her for a role in ‘Mr. India’ only with the hope of working with her and being close to her.
Amrita Singh and Saif Ali Khan: The actor’s parents strongly disapproved of this relationship. Moreover Saif Ali Khan was 12 years younger than Amrita. But they didn’t stop and tied the knot in a secret ceremony in 1991. They had two children but later separated in 2004. Saif Ali Khan is now married to Bollywood Diva Kareena Kapoor Khan.
Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta: The actress had played just a small part in ‘Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak’, but it was enough to get Aamir doting over her. She played a minor role in Aamir Khan’s famous song ‘Papa Kehte Hain’. The young love soon became serious and the two decided to tie the knot. They got married in 1986 but the marriage ended after 15 years.
