imageUS President Donald Trump's daughter, Ivanka Trump, now holds her own office in the White House West Wing, - the hub of US executive power, confirms an administration official.

According to BBC, the official also confirmed media reports that the 35-year-old would have access to classified information.

Ivanka, who runs her own fashion brand, will be joining her husband Jared Kushner, who is a senior adviser to the president.

Since Mr Trump's inauguration in January, Ivanka has been actively participating in US politics, attending meetings with world leaders, including Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

Politico quoted Trumps attorney Jamie Gorlick as saying that Ivankas role will be to serve as the presidents eyes and ears while providing broad-ranging advice, not just limited to womens empowerment issues.

Ivanka Trump and her husbands influence in White House has raised many questions about possible conflicts of interest and fueled a broader debate on the absence of clear boundaries between the Trump familys business dealings and the political activities of its various members.
