imageISLAMABAD: The counsel for Hassan and Hussain Nawaz submitted their replies before the Supreme Court on Thursday, during the hearing of high profile Panamagate Case.

A five-member bench headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, also including Justice Azmat Saeed, Justice Ijaz Afzal, Justice Gulzar Ahmed and Justice Ijaz-ul-Hasan, is hearing the case against the family members of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

The counsel for Hassan and Hussain Nawaz submitted their replies before the Supreme Court. Details of business interests were furnished in along with Hasan Nawazs reply which also mentions business interests owned by the Qatari prince as well.

Hussain Nawaz has submitted another letter in Supreme Court (SC). Details of the reply submitted before the Supreme Court outline the various business interests held by the Qatari prince Hamad bin Jassim along with a letter dated 22nd December 2016 which clarifies the questions raised in connection with the princes earlier letter.

The princes letter outlines that business in the Gulf at the time was conducted on a cash basis and highlights the details of how shares were distributed among the business partners in 2005.

In the previous hearing, senior counsel Shahid Hamid appearing on behalf of Maryam Nawaz and her husband retired Capt Mohammad Safdar, submitted his client reply again in the court with her signatures.

Earlier, SC had sought script of Maryam Nawazs television interview which she gave in 2012.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan has said that if decision was made on the properties of Maryam Nawaz, Panamagate case will come to an end. Talking to media, the PTI chief said that Maryam had to provide evidence whether he was beneficial owner or trustee of the London flats.

Along with these details a transcript of Maryam Nawaz Sharifs TV interview was also submitted before the Supreme Court.
