ISLAMABAD: PTI President Makhdoom Javed Hashmi on Tuesday said that the Pakistan Tahrik-e-Insaf (PTI) would restore local government system after coming into power.
Javed Hashmi, speaking in a private news channel talk show, said that it was the job of legislators to make laws while the local body representatives were responsible to implement those laws and utilizing development funds.
Responding to a question, Hashmi said he had always fought against dictators and remained in jail for more than 10 years.
He said that the PTI would bring change through ballot and work for the development of country from grassroots level.
