ISLAMABAD: Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Shaharyar Mohammad Khan Sunday felicitated Shashank Manohar on becoming president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
Shashank has been unanimously elected president of the BCCI in a special general body meeting of BCCI at its headquarters in Mumbai.
"I have just heard that you have been unanimously elected as Chairman BCCI. I hasten to convey my formal congratulations to you on behalf of PCB," the PCB chairman said in a felicitation to Shashank.
"I had already telephone my informal felicitations to you while passing through New Delhi a couple of days ago. We are delighted that you are embarking on your second tenure as BCCI Chairman because you bring to this high office a reputation of integrity and frankness. I assure you of my full cooperation with BCCI and look forward to a meeting with you in the near future," he added.
