DC Entertainment and Warner Bros Animation have released the first trailer for 'Batman vs Robin'. The first look at the animated feature, which sees the on-screen debut of the villainous Court of Owls.
‘Batman vs Robin’, latest animated flick basically mashes up Batman and Damien Wayne’s contentious relationship from the pages of ‘Batman and Robin’ with Scott Snyder’s Court of Owls. The story centers around the fractious relationship between Bruce Wayne and his son Damian, who was raised in secret by his mother Talia al Ghul and the League of Assassins, foreign media reported.
The film is produced by Warner Bros. Animation and DC Entertainment and directed by Jay Oliva (Batman; Assault on Arkham) from a script by award-winning comic writer J.M. DeMatteis. Television stars Jason O’Mara (Terra Nova) and Stuart Allan (Son of Batman) reprise their roles as the voices of Batman/Bruce Wayne and Robin/Damian, respectively.
‘Batman vs Robin’ will premiere at WonderCon, Anaheim, in April. The film will also be available virtually on all of the major digital download stores (Amazon, iTunes, PlayStation, etc).
