Telenor Fashion Pakistan Week (TFPW) had a glorious ending with the stunning former Indian actress Pooja Bhatt and one of the Pakistan’s pop singer Ali Azmat, walking the ramp for Deepak Parwani’s collection.
Pooja Bhatt came to Pakistan three days back with her father Mahesh Bhatt for a play based on his 1989 film ‘Daddy’. Mahesh Bhatt went back to India yesterday but Pooja Bhatt stayed here. She participated in ‘TFPW’ as a showstopper. As per local media reports, Pooja expressed her feelings by saying, “I can never forget the love people of Pakistan have given me during my visit. Mumbai and Karachi are same. I feel like I am in my home”.
The final day of TFPW started off with sizzling collection of Sonya Battla. Her collection was based on digital prints, braided ropes and frayed edges. After that, Rizwanullah, Maliha Chaudary, Zara Shahjahan, Aamna Aqeel, Shamaeel Ansaari and lastly Deepak Parwani showcased his stunning collections.
Though, theatrical adaption of ‘Daddy’ did not go successful. It was held in Pakistan under ‘NAPA’ on March 30, 31 and April, 1. It was written by Mahesh Bhatt and directed by Danish Iqbal.
