It’s been over two years since Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan shocked everyone by announcing their split after being together for 17 long years. As soon as the news broke, media was rife with speculations. While some alleged that the reason behind the divorce was Hrithik’s rumoured affairs with his co-stars, others held Sussanne’s alleged ‘closeness’ to Arjun Rampal responsible.
However, the ‘real’ reason behind the split always remained under the wraps as the rumours surrounding it were never confirmed. Over and above, the best part is that even after two years of separation, Hrithik and Sussanne have remained cordial with each other.
Apart from the movie screenings and dinner dates and weekend brunches, the duo also went on a vacation together on Christmas last year. While the frequent public appearances and speaking well of each other has gotten everyone whispering about the possibility of them patching up, Hrithik has refuted these speculations saying they are good friends and still love and care for each other.
Squashing the speculation, Suzanne had shared in a tweet, 'There will never be reconciliation with' Hrithik, but they 'will always be good parents'.
There are also reports of his reconciliation with ex wife Sussane Khan because of their kids. There were reports that the kids were getting affected by their divorce and that was also affecting their academic performance, India.com reported.
On the work front, Hrithik will be apparently seen portraying the role of Patna based Indian Mathematician Anand Kumar. The project will be helmed by Vikas Bahl.
