KARACHI: On Wednesday, until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 51632.21 with a negative change of 180.98 and volume of 58,574,960 shares.
High and Low were 51948.27 and 51565.94 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 200,481,590 shares with 346 total traded companies out of which 175 were up, 156 were down and 15 were unchanged.
TECHNOLOGY & COMMUNICATION was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 39,193,000 shares. It was followed by ENGINEERING with a total traded volume of 35,458,600 shares.
The three top traded companies were WorldCall Telecom with a volume of 30,674,500 and price per share of 3.23 (0.30), Dost Steels Ltd. with a volume 18,634,000 of price per share of 15.12 (0.15), Lotte Chemical with a volume 10,505,000 of price per share of 11.82 (0.29).
The top three advancers were Unilever Foods with price per share 6200.00 (50.00), Service Ind.Ltd XD with price per share of 1460.00 (19.99) and Jubile Life Ins share of 728.00 (19.00).
