BANGKOK: A bomb blast at an opposition protest march in Bangkok wounded at least 22 people, emergency officials said Friday, in the latest unrest during a "shutdown" of the capital aimed at ousting the government.
"There are 22 injured," said an official from the city's Erawan emergency centre, adding that he had no information on the severity of the injuries.
The protest movement's own Bluesky television channel said the number of wounded could be as many as 28.
