imageISLAMABAD: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Thursday, brushing aside speculations of pacer Muhammad Amir's inclusion against Zimbabwe, said it has not even considered him to be a part of the national team.

Talking to APP a PCB official said though Amir's performance in domestic season was impressive but in order to make comeback to international cricket he has to prove in first class as well.

"If Amir assures continuity in his form there were high chances of his reconsideration as a national team member," he remarked.

Speaking about the Pak-Zimbabwe series, starting from September 24, he said Zimbabwe had supported us in bad times when no other team was ready to play here.

"We have high hopes from the team in the series against Zimbabwe," he said.

Pakistan's rescheduled tour to Zimbabwe have 3 Twenty20 matches and 3 ODIs between September 24 to October 5.
