HAFIZABAD: State Minster for National Health Services and Regulations, Saira Afzal Tarar said on Monday that negligence in the provision of medical facilities to patients would not be tolerated and negligent doctors and paramedics would be dealt with sternly.
She directed the Medical Superintendent Dr. Khalid Mehmmod to complete the Trauma Centre and make it operational without at the earliest.
Addressing the officers in the DCO Office here, she said that service to humanity was a noble cause and it was duty of the government functionaries to perform their duties honestly and with commitment. She stressed the need for further improvement in the education sector.
She also directed the Public Health Engineering Department to complete the ongoing sewerage project in the city.
