ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Tuesday directed the Secretary Local Government Sindh to repatriate all the officers posted on deputation to their parent departments within two days.
The three-member bench headed by Justice Amir Hani Muslim heard the case.
During the proceedings, the Secretary Irrigation Sindh appeared before the court and said all the officers on deputation in the Irrigation Department had been repatriated to their parent departments and now no officer was working in the department on deputation.
He said that no officer would be appointed on deputation as per the court orders.
Justice Amir Hani directed to recover amount from officers who were awarded additional grades and disposed of the petitions.
