ISLAMABAD: Acting President Mian Raza Rabbani has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the sad demise of eminent advocate and author of the 1973 constitution, Abdul Hafeez Pirzada.
In his condolence message, the Acting President stated that the services of Abdul Hafeez Pirzada as a legal luminary and his role as one of the prominent figures in framing the 1973 constitution would forever be remembered.
The Acting President telephoned the widow and son of Abdul Hafeez Pirzada and commiserated with them over their irreparable loss and hoped that they would bear their loss with fortitude and courage.
The Acting President also prayed for salvation of the departed soul, a press release said.
