ISLAMABAD: Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq on Wednesday took serious notice of persistent non reply of the answers of questions by the officials of Ministry for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan.
The speaker summoned secretary Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan in his chamber for explanation.
Ayaz Sadiq also called secretary of Textile Industry for the reason as no one was present in the house to respond to the questions.
The Speaker Assembly also adjourned the proceedings of the Hose for 10 minutes and invited Sheikh Aftab Ahmed, Lt Gen ?Abdul Qadar Baloch, Mian Riaz Hussain Prizada, Rana Tanveer and leader of opposition for consultation.
The speaker informed the house, that it has been decided in the meeting that the government should be given last opportunity.
If in future, the answers of the question not given action will be taken against the officials.
Ayaz also directed the ministries whose questions would be taken in the House to send secretary or additional secretary in future.
