Indian police taunts Bumrah for no-ball against Zaman

Jaipur traffic police from the Indian state of Rajasthan took a dig at fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah for bowling no-bal

Jaipur traffic police from the Indian state of Rajasthan took a dig at fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah for bowling no-ball to Pakistan’s Fakhar Zaman in the ICC Champions Trophy final, which eventually led to India humiliating 180-run defeat against the arch-rivals.

The traffic police installed a billboard reading: “Don’t cross the line. You know it can be costly”, with a picture of Bumrah overstepping when the Pakistani opener was caught behind by wicket-keeper MS Dhoni.

The advertisement naturally did not sit well with Bumrah, who took to Twitter to express his displeasure.

“@traffic_jpr well done Jaipur traffic police this shows how much respect you get after giving your best for the country,” tweeted Bumrah.
