QUETTA: A policeman sustained injuries in firing in Brewery road area of the provincial capital, here on Wednesday.
Police said that unknown armed men opened indiscriminate fire at a police personnel, leaving him injured in Easa Nagri, Brewery road area.
"Policeman, Ghulam Ali received bullet wounds when he was on way in Easa Nagri, Brewery road area," police said, adding that the assailants managed to escape from the scene.
The injured cop was rushed to Bolan Medical Complex hospital.
The law enforcement agencies have cordoned off the entire area to trace out the suspects.
Further probe was underway.
