Recently in a chat show with ace Pakistani fashion designer Hassan Sheheryar Yasin (HSY), Saba Qamar revealed that she will only work with Bollywood A-listed actors if given the chance, she can’t compromise on B or C category actors.
In a candid interview on this week’s ‘Tonight With HSY’ Pakistan’s two prominent stars Saba Qamar and Adnan Siddiqui was asked about their opinion on Pakistani actors working in Bollywood, on which Adnan Siddiqui said that there is nothing wrong in working across the border if he can bring some significance to the role.
While, on the other hand Saba Qamar replied that she only wants to work with A-listed actors and can’t compromise herself to ‘B’ and ‘C’ category of Bollywood. “I would work if the role is alongside A-class actors, the Khan party not with B and C. I think our focus should first be on our own film industry. If they give important role alongside Ranbir Kapoor or Shahrukh Khan, it makes sense, but if it is Randip Hoodha or Emraan Hashmi...but yes, I’d love to do a film with Irfan Khan, he is a brilliant actor,” she said.
Further, Saba Qamar also clears air about her alleged relationship with ‘Waar’ actor Hamza Ali Abbasi. She explained how one day Hamza Ali Abbasi posted ‘I love you, Hamza’ from her Facebook page on to his own Facebook page, while they were sitting together and her Facebook was logged in from her iPad.
The next day, her inbox was full of messages about her love affair with the star. When she called Hamza to inquire, he casually said there was no harm if that happened because they were good friends.
Adnan Siddiqui also gracefully answered all the questions which came his way from the host (HSY).
