According to Indian media reports director Rakesh Roshan’s film ‘Krrish 3’ is now officially the highest Bollywood grosser of all time. The superhero flick has surpassed the blockbuster film ‘Chennai Express’’ records which were made earlier this year.
Rohit Shetty’s ‘Chennai Express’ had previously surpassed Aamir Khan’s ‘3 Idiot’ earnings, which held the title of the ‘highest grosser’, for three years, with minting Rs. 202 crores at the domestic box office.
Now the record once again has been broken by ‘Krrish 3’, which was released on November 1st. The film so far has raked in Rs. 231 crores at the box-office and may reportedly crack the Rs 250 crores mark in the coming days.
The film, directed by Rakesh Roshan, is the third installment in the super hit Krrish franchise. It features Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra in the lead roles alongside Vivek Oberoi and Kangna Ranaut.
