Standard Bank says finalises Argentina deal

standard bank 400 JOHANNESBURG: South Africa's Standard Bank said on Thursday Industrial and Commercial Bank of China has taken over control of its local operations in Argentina.

ICBC will take 80 percent of commercial lender Standard Bank Argentina and its two affiliates, while Standard Bank will retain the remaining stake.
