ISLAMABAD: Deputy Speaker Sindh Assembly Shehla Raza said Pakistan Peoples Party believes and promotes politics of reconciliation in order to strenghten democracy in the country.
Talking to Radio Pakistan, she recalled PPP Quaid Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto who envisioned policy of reconciliation and presented Charter of Democracy (CoD) to promote reconciliation policy during her reign.
She added Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz made All Parties Democratic Movement and decide to keep Muttahidda Qaumi Movement out of the alliance but the PPP did not join the alliance, because PPP respects mandate of every party.
Shehla Raza said some political forces had been trying to create unrest in Sindh by isolating the MQM but the PPP formed government in Sindh and at a federal level by including the MQM in ruling alliance.
