FRANKFURT: The European Central Bank will have plenty to talk about after its monthly governing council meeting on Thursday, even if it keeps its main lending rate unchanged at 1.0 percent, as expected.
ECB president Jean-Claude Trichet will have time to comment, if he wishes, on monetary policy differences with the US Federal Reserve and proposals for a eurozone crisis resolution mechanism.
