BEIJING: Eighteen primary school pupils were buried Thursday in a landslide in a southwestern Chinese region that was recently hit by a series of earthquakes, state media said.
A classroom building and two farm houses were buried in the landslide, which also trapped another person, in the village of Zhenhe in Yunnan province, where two 5.6-magnitude earthquakes claimed the lives of 81 people on September 7.
