Test captain of Pakistan cricket team Misbah ul Haq suffered through knee injury during national one day tournament.
According to ESPN cricinfo report Misbah said, “I am not sure how serious the injury is, but I have been advised at least two weeks rest”. “I am undergoing an MRI scan and the result will further reveal the level of injury. I am disappointed that I won't be able to carry on with the ongoing one-day tournament”.
After completing five-year bans for spot-fixing, Pakistan's former skipper Salman Butt smashed a century while fast bowler Mohammad Asif picked up two wickets in the national one day tournament.
Asif and Salman Butt are representing two different team in nation one day tournament; Butt, who is representing Wapda in the domestic game, scored a century on his return against FATA.
