Transport Authority increases local transport fares

ISLAMABAD: District Regional Transport Authority Rawalpindi has increased the local transport fares from Rs 13 to 14 per stop.

According to notification issued by District Regional Transport Authority Rawalpindi, Punjab recently, from 0 to 4 kilometers the fare would be Rs 14.

While from 4.1 to 8 km destination the fare has been fixed at Rs. 19. And from 8.1 to 14 km the fare will be Rs 24 per person.

Likewise, from 14.1 to 22 km the fare will be Rs 29. While from 22.1 to 30 km the fare will be Rs 33 and from 30.1 and above the fare would be Rs. 38 per person.
