HYDERABAD: Criticizing the electoral alliance of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf (PTI) and Jamaat-i-Islami (JI) against the MQM in the Local Government elections, a MQM leader said that people of Karachi will continue support MQM as was done in Hyderabad and other parts of Sindh.
The Muttahida Qaumi Movement's (MQM) Zonal In Charge of Hyderabad district Navaid Shamsi said that "The people of Karachi are cognizant of the political matters and they have been electing their representatives for long," he said in a statement issued here on Monday.
Shamsi said the MQM had given exemplary performance in servicing the people that was the reason the people of Karachi had always supported the party.
"Even if a 10-party alliance is formed still they will face defeat," he said.
