Sindh Governor condoles death of Jamiluddin Aali

KARACHI: Governor of Sindh, Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan, has condoled the death of renowned poet Jamiluddin Aali, who passed away here Monday.

Expressing his heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved family, the Governor said contribution made by the poet of "Jeeway Jeeway Pakistan" to the Urdu literature will never be forgotten.

Diverse nature of work that encompasses varied genre of poetry alongwith columns, articles, travelogues are aspects that enhance his status in the Urdu literature, said Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan.

"A vacuum has been created that will be difficult to be filled," he said.
