ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Ramana police has arrested two Afghan nationals involved in snatching vehicle at gun point from sector G-10/3 and recovered two pistols and fake number plates from them, a police spokesman said. According to details, two unknown persons snatched Honda car (ICT, CX-976) from Kashif Hussain in sector G-10/3 at gun point. After getting information, the police cordoned off the areas and started special checking at exit points of the capital.
Ramana police team succeeded to trace the car near `Jhugi Syedan' and chased it.The car snatchers started firing on police team but cops managed to stop and arrest them.
They have been identified as Syeda Jan s/o Gula Khan and Kareem s/o Sabir residents of Afghanistan. Police team recovered two pistols, ammunition and fake number plates from them.
Further investigation is also underway from them.
