imagePESHAWAR: Chief Minister Khyber Pakthunkhwa Pervez Khattak has expressed grief and sorrow over the killing and disappearing of the hundreds of people due to avalanches slides and collapse of houses in torrential rains and floods in Afghan Province Panjsher.

Pervez Khattak in separate messages to Afghan President Ashraf Ghani, Chief Executive Abdullah Abdullah and Panjsher Acting Governor Abdur Rehman Kabiri, expressed heartfelt sympathies with the Afghan government, people and especially the affected families on behalf of the government and people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on this tragic incident. He prayed for eternal peace of the killed and early recovery of the injured in this tragedy.
