Tank peace committee chief narrowly escape bomb attack

TANK: The Chief of Tank Peace Committee, Gul Salam Bhaitani narrowly escaped a bomb attack on Tank-Wana Road here on Friday morning.

According to Police, Gul Salam was going to Tank-Wana Road for some work when his vehicle was targeted with an improvised explosive device (IED) planted in bicycle on roadside. However, he narrowly escaped.

The vehicle damaged in the remote-controlled blast. Police rushed to the spot and cordoned off the area and started search operation.
