ECP nominates appellate tribunal for Sindh by elections

ecp-- ISLAMABAD: Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Monday nominated two member Appellate Tribunal for disposal of appeals against the decisions of returning officers in connection with bye elections of Sindh Assembly.

According to notification Justice Faisal Arab and Justice Naimatullah Phulpoto of Sindh High Court would hear appeals of the candidates of PS-73 Jamshoro-cum-Dadu, PS-84 Thatta-I PS-101 Karachi-XIII, PS-103 Karachi-XV,PS-113 Karachi-XXV, PS-115 Karachi-XXVII.
