The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has extended date for filing of biannual withholding tax statement under section 165 of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001 till August 20, 2019. According to an income tax circular 10 of 2019 issued by the FBR here on Wednesday, the Board has extended date for filing of biannual withholding tax statement which was due on July 31, 2019 under the provisions of the clause (a) of sub-section 2 of section 165 read with sub-section (1) of the section 165 of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001 till August 20, 2019.
