ISLAMABAD: Minister for Finance, Muhammad Ishaq Dar here on Wednesday directed for making a complete case regarding the Quaid-e-Azam Solar Park Bahawalpur project along with proposed solutions and bring it in the Economic Coordination Committee of the Cabinet for approval.
The minister chaired a meeting with Muhammad Jehanzeb Khan, Secretary Finance Punjab and discussed the issues of Quaid-e-Azam Solar Park Bahawalpur.
Secretary Finance Punjab gave a brief presentation on the various issues being faced in the completion of the project.
Finance Minister said that government will make all possible efforts permissible under the rules and regulations to resolve the issues.
He further directed Secretary Ministry of Industries and Production to make a complete case regarding the project along with proposed solutions and bring it in the Economic Coordination Committee of the cabinet for approval.
The meeting was also attended Secretary Finance, Dr. Waqar Masood, Advisor Finance Division, Rana Asad Amin, Additional Secretary Ministry of Water & Power Sohail Akbar Shah and Chairman Federal Board of Revenue, Tariq Bajwa along with other senior officials.
