imageiPhone 7, the highly anticipated Apple’s flagship is set to release this September, and not surprisingly the much awaited handset has become a subject of numerous rumors making rounds on the internet.

As per the latest, a new set of leaked schematics shows that the iPhone 7 would be similar to its predecessor the iPhone 6s, the newest schematics were released by Czech site letemsvetemapplem.eu.

imageAccording to 9to5 Mac , the measurements revealed shows the iPhone 7 will be just a bit thicker at 7.2mm, compared to 7.1 mm for the iPhone 6s, excluding the protruding camera. However, the report added that a 0.1mm difference is almost unnoticeable.

The drawings also confirm that Apple will remove the headphone jack, as per rumors and would replace it with a second speaker grille. The TechInsider suggests that the reason behind this move to allow iPhone users use the digital Lightning port to listen to music, or use Bluetooth wireless headphones.

As the report states that moving to digital does have an edge over analog for music, i.e. better sound quality and also gives more control over music apps.

Other than thickness, the newly released drawing backed up some previous rumors as well, including redesigned antenna stripes, the highly awaited dual camera is there but for iPhone 7 Plus only and not for the iPhone 7, and no headphone jack.
