PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Labour Sher Azam Wazir on saturday regretted that PML (N) Chief Mian Nawaz Sharif reverted to unwanted politics and violated the spirit of Charter of Democracy (CoD) by deciding to part way with the PPP in the Punjab.
Provincial Minister said that the irrational step of the PML (N) Chief has made an abortive attempt to plunge the country back in chaos that may add to the miseries of the people.
Talking to media men, Labour Minister said that people have matured politically and fully aware of these political manoeuvres and manipulations for personal gains.
He argued that the country has suffered due to frequent derailing of democracies adding that 18th amendment has permanently blocked way for dictators to usurp power.
Sher Azam said that the PPP government would continue politics of reconciliation and strengthen democratic norms in the country.
He said that the PPP government has taken a number of measures to pull the country out of number of problems it faced ; however, he added that changes do not come overnight but it is was a gradual process.
