Ali Zafar is among those Pakistani actors who have put his feet in B-town even before anyone can imagine about it. From ‘Tere Bin Laden’ to ‘Kill Dil’ he has been offered prominent roles in Bollywood movies.
Ali Zafar seems quite happy with the debut of Pakistani star Fawad Khan in ‘Khoobsurat’ he said, “I think that every actor has his own journey. I do feel that the success of ‘Tere Bin Laden’ paved way for Pakistani actors in Bollywood but I wouldn’t take credit for Fawad Khan’s success or any other actor’s success. I am happy that the audience is willing to accept Pakistani actors. The fact that we are a part of an industry that is big and internationally recognised certainly adds to our popularity in Pakistan” media reported.
According to media reports, while talking about his upcoming movie along Bollywood biggies including Govinda, Parineeti Chopra and Ranveer Singh he said, “I’ve worked with YRF in ‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhan’ and have always admired Govinda as an actor. Yes, it was tough to match up to his timing. I’m aware of Ranveer Singh’s huge fan base. But that never made me insecure”.
‘Kill Dil’ has been scheduled to release on November 14, 2014.
