ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Wednesday put off hearing over pending matter of award of exploration license due to change in the composition of the a three-Judge bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.
The hearing was deferred for Thursday as two members of the bench including Justice Gulzar Ahmad and Justice Sh. Azmat Saeed were busy in hearing a Presidential reference case as a part of a five-Judge bench.
On Thursday Ahmer Bilal Sofi, counsel for the Balochistan government, would resume his arguments.
