Lyari to be provided 2 MGD water soon

KARACHI: Various development projects are continuing in Lyari.

This was stated by the Administrator of the District Municipal Corporation (DMC), Karachi South, Muhammad Raisi, on Monday.

He said that these included the reverse osmosis project which are in the final stages of completion.

Raisi further stated that this would ensure provision of two million gallons daily (MGD) water to people of Lyari.

He said that with this the problem of water in Lyari would be resolved.

Raisi said that the RO plant has been gifted to the people of Lyari by President Asif Ali Zardari for the development of the people of the area.
